Needs lots of fixes

Get rid of all of these bonuses this is not a simulation feature. Dont have the landing simulator its pointless. There is a tech issue with some of the menus to click on dont disappear when i switch menus. The amount of cities needs to increase. Some of the menus are to Busy and hard to understand. I would like to be able to sort my route list by continents and countries. Whats with the times on getting things like facilities and routes they keep getting longer thats unrealistic. In fact it should take less time to get a route. I want to be able to buy more than one airline per turn. Typos
